Refactoring - The 'Remove Unused Parameters' refactoring incorrectly removes 'out' parameters

created 3 years ago (modified 3 years ago)

Steps to reproduce:

Use the following code, put the caret on the context.GetSurroundingText method and apply the Remove Unused Parameters refactoring:

C#
public interface IContext { void GetSurroundingText(int position, out string leftText, out string rightText); } public class T { void Method1(IContext context) { context.GetSurroundingText(5, out string leftText, out string rightText); } void Method2(IContext context) { context.GetSurroundingText(5, out string leftText, out string rightText); Console.WriteLine(leftText); Console.WriteLine(rightText); } }

Actual Results:
