Smart Constructor - The parameter type is wrong for a member with a nullable reference type

created 4 years ago (modified 4 years ago)

I have property with nullable reference type in my class:

C#
public IEnumerable<Node>? Items { get; set; }

But the Smart Constructor generates a type that is not marked as nullable for the 'items' parameter.

      I am on version 20.2.7 and this still does not work properly.

      Here's the class with a single property, and a constructor that got generated by the smart constructor feature.

      C#
      public class Test { public string? Value { get; private set; } public Test(string value) { Value = value; } }

        Hello,

        Thank you for bringing this to our attention. There is a separate ticket for this issue: SmartConstructor feature is still not working properly for nullable reference types. Please refer to it for further correspondence.
