I reproduced this issue. After short research it seems that not only Code Places is affected - due to the latest changes in the Roslyn API, we need to update the CodeRush 19.2 code to make things work again.
While we are working to fix the issue, it will be great if you allow us to make this thread 'Public' - it will help other customers with the same problem find the latest information about it.
