Test Runner does not run tests on the second attempt

created 5 years ago

Hi,

Running the latest CR. I am using CTRL+T,CTRL+F to run tests in a file. after tests finish I try again to run the tests, I see a message in the test runner output that Test started and nothing happens. only if I will stop the test runner and run tests again will they run (being the 3rd run attempt). then again if I try to run tests they will not execute if this is an even number run.

running the same from the VS test explorer works fine

please advise as it is very annoying

    Hi Dan,

Thank you for pointing out this issue.

I have reproduced this behavior locally. It seems that it is caused by changes in the mechanism of running MSTests in the last update of Visual Studio 2019 that are not supported by CodeRush Test Runner. We are working to fix it and will inform you of our progress.
