created 6 years ago

I'm having a hard time keeping my bookmarks at all after closing/re-opening a solution.  But this way should be reproducable:
* Start with a .Net framework 4x project.
* Set some numbered bookmarks.
* Upgrade the project to 4.8
* poof!
