CodeRush 19.1.3 does not install in VisualStudio Community 2019 preview

The update is not offered in VisualStudio's extensions dialog and the VSIX says there are no supported instances of VS. Using the .exe installer works.

This is my personal PC. Earlier at work, using VS 2017 and VS 2019 Enterprise, I got notified by VS to upgrade.

      Forgot to specify that I'm referring to "DevExpress.CodeRush-19.2.6.vsix"

        We have fixed the issue described in this ticket and will include the fix in our next maintenance update. To apply this solution before the official update, request a hotfix by clicking the corresponding link for product versions you require.
