Test Runner – The Test Runner incorrectly calculates the count of tests grouped by multiple categories

created 6 years ago

[DevExpress Support Team: CLONED FROM T711432: Test Runner - Sorting by test category works only for the first attribute]
So I have uninstalled all of CodeRush versions (and delete all of AppData from CodeRush) and install only last version… and problem with category selection is solved… But there is still same problem with test category count… look at my screen video…

We have fixed the issue described in this ticket and will include the fix in our next maintenance update. To apply this solution before the official update, request a hotfix by clicking the corresponding link for product versions you require.

Note: Hotfixes may be unavailable for beta versions and updates that are about to be released.

      Additional information:

      Hi Svatopluk,

We addressed the issue with the test count for category rows, and you can request a hotfix to get the new build and see the fix in action.

However, there is still a limitation in cases when tests are grouped by multiple categories: values in the TestRunner status bar will be incorrect. Since we haven't found any quick way to overcome this behavior without influencing performance, we have decided to plan this improvement for future releases. We will notify you once we have any news.
