We have fixed the issue described in this ticket and will include the fix in our next maintenance update. To apply this solution before the official update, request a hotfix by clicking the corresponding link for product versions you require.

Thank you for pointing out to this problem.
We know about that some CodeRush feature can work incorrectly for VS 2019 Preview 3. This is related to the new API in VS 2019 Preview 3 and some other changes in VS 2019 Preview 3, which we will support in CodeRush in the near future.
Thus currently we are working to fix all problems that might occur in VS 2019 Preview 3, and we will do our best to fix them till the VS 2019 final release version.
We will try to fix this problem in the .xaml file for VS 2019 Preview 3 as soon as possible and will notify you of our results in the context of this ticket.
