Refactorings - 'Introduce Setter Guard Clause' should be available for INotifyPropertyChanged properties

Can not seem to get the setter guard clause to popup, what am i doing wrong?

    We will improve the 'Introduce Setter Guard Clause' refactoring and it would be available in this case. We will update this ticket once it is done.

    We have fixed the issue described in this ticket and will include the fix in our next maintenance update. To apply this solution before the official update, request a hotfix by clicking the corresponding link for product versions you require.
