Exporting settings to an existing file fails

When I attempt to export the settings for CR Roslyn and select a file that already exists the export fails with just error. In the ideal case it should prompt me to overwrite the existing file. If that isn't possible then at least let me know why it failed.

    We have fixed the issue described in this ticket and will include the fix in our next maintenance update. To apply this solution before the official update, request a hotfix by clicking the corresponding link for product versions you require.
