Code Templates - It is impossible to expand the 'c,' template when IntelliSense is active

created 9 years ago

Hello,

I type "c, " and I get "checked," instead of class template, I remove some characters with the backspace when I have "c," + space I get the template.

It's the same for all class template.

See the video.

Regards,

    Hi Christian,

I have reproduced this behavior locally. It looks like this is a bug. We will fix it in future builds.

We have fixed the issue described in this ticket and will include the fix in our next maintenance update. To apply this solution before the official update, request a hotfix by clicking the corresponding link for product versions you require.

Note: Hotfixes may be unavailable for beta versions and updates that are about to be released.

    Additional information:

There are two options on the "IDE\IntelliSense" options page at present. In your case, you need to choose the "Always expand templates" and "Send the trigger character typed to the editor" options to be able to expand the "c," template while IntelliSense is active.
The attached screenshot illustrates how to do this.
