Ribbon - Customization Form - Bar items are always displayed in the form regardless their Visible property setting

Hi,
  I have converted by TdxBarButtons from a bar menu layout to a ribbon. When I go into customize the ribbon all of the options are being displayed even thought the TdxBarButton.Visible property is ivNever. This gives the enduser access to all administration and internal support modules. Is there something that I am missing?

    Hello Robert,

    I have reproduced the described behavior and it looks incorrect. I have forwarded this ticket to our developers for research. Meanwhile (if this functionality is necessary right now), I suggest that you use the approach from the In runtime how to use old customization form like v2013 ?  ticket to make the Ribbon customization work like the standalone bars customization.

      Hi Paulo,
      Thank you for the acknowledgement. I will wait a while to see if it can be put into a hotfix. The new designer is so much easier than the old.

      We have fixed the issue described in this ticket and will include the fix in our next maintenance update. To apply this solution before the official update, request a hotfix by clicking the corresponding link for product versions you require.

      Note: Hotfixes may be unavailable for beta versions and updates that are about to be released.
