Extend the TdxSpreadSheetTableViewSelection class with the capability to access/specify the currently focused cell

Use the new TdxSpreadSheetTableViewSelection.FocusedCell property to access the currently focused cell or move focus to a specific cell.

We have implemented the functionality described in this ticket. It will be included in our next update(s).
