An AV occurs when loading an XLS file containing some strings with zero lengthI just downloaded and installed the new 14.1 VCL and started to replace my old deprecated spreadsheet controls with the new one. I tested it with a .XLSX and it did indeed load the sheet correctly. However, I get an AV error loading the attached .XLS sheet. It used to load correctly so I am quite shocked that this simple sheet with no formulas, just text, fails now.

John, our developers fixed this problem in frames of the T124092: Access Violation occurs when loading an XLS file containing some strings with zero length thread. So I've duplicated this ticket to that one

I applied the hotfix and it has corrected most of the spreadsheet load issued, however the attached now fails when loading a formula. I realize that this sheet is incomplete, but Excel has no problem loading it.
I think it has something to do with displaying a cell where the href is invalid. It should do like Excel and display #REF! if there is an invalid reference. What it should NOT do is AV loading the sheet, which it does right now.
