created 11 years ago (modified 11 years ago)

Hello,
congratulations for your ned dxspreadsheet component , i have just found a very little bug when i use in the same form dxspreasheet and messagedlg.

this code not working

Delphi
messagedlg('Erreur pendant l''ouverture de la base de données',mterror,[mbok],0);

mterror is using by twice dxspreadsheet unit and dialogs unit

this code works

Delphi
messagedlg('Erreur pendant l''ouverture de la base de données',dialogs.mterror,[mbok],0);

i am obliged to put dialogs before mterror

best regards

    We have fixed the issue described in this ticket and will include the fix in our next maintenance update. To apply this solution before the official update, request a hotfix by clicking the corresponding link for product versions you require.

    Note: Hotfixes may be unavailable for beta versions and updates that are about to be released.

    Additional information:

    We have renamed the TdxSpreadSheetMessageType enumeration values to avoid clashes with the standard VCL TMsgDlgType enumeration values declared in the Dialogs unit. Now the TdxSpreadSheetMessageType type declaration is as follows:
    type
      TdxSpreadSheetMessageType = (ssmtError, ssmtWarning, ssmtHint);
