I found problem with cxPageControl.
If you turned dragMode to dmAutomatic, you can not navigate trough tabs on design mode. I tackled this problem by setting on design dragMode to dmManual and I change it to Automatic OnCreate. But I think that it's a bug.
We have fixed the issue described in this ticket and will include the fix in our next maintenance update. To apply this solution before the official update, request a hotfix by clicking the corresponding link for product versions you require.
