Code Cleanup -> 'Remove redundant type cast' rule does not work for numeric constants

created 2 years ago

Hello,

Should this setting clean unnecessary cast (IDE0004)?

VS clean up removes it, but CR does not.

    Hi Simon,

We researched this situation, and it appears that the logic of the 'Remove redundant type cast' cleanup can be improved. We will introduce necessary changes in one of our next releases.
