Customization Form - Improve drag-and-drop operations within the Layout Tree View pane

We have implemented the functionality described in this ticket. It will be included in our next update(s).

With VCL 14.1.5, we improved the way you and your end-users can modify the tree structure on the Customization Form using drag and drop. Now while dragging a layout element over a layout group’s caption in the Layout Tree View or Available Items pane, you have the choice of making this element the group’s child or its sibling in the tree hierarchy. The Customization Form displays specially designed drag images (indicators) to assist during drag-and-drop operations. The drag images suggest the resulting drop position for a layout element being dragged, relative to a layout element under the mouse pointer. There is now no need to hold down the Alt key to make the dragged element a group's child. Refer to the "Customization Form" help topic to learn more.
