High-Speed File Browsing

Load files on demand. Our ASP.NET File Manager loads the files as the user scrolls through them. You can specify how many files can be uploaded to the client from the database or cloud storage. Other files are automatically unloaded.

File Details & Thumbnail Views

Our ASP.NET File Manager supports two distinct file display modes. In Thumbnail mode, the File Manager represents files as icons.

The Detail View lists the files in the data grid. It also inclues detailed information about the files (name, size, etc). Users can resize, sort, filter, and reorder grid columns using drag & drop.

Multi File Selection & Upload

Just like the Windows File Explorer, the DevExpress Web File Manager component supports multiple file selection and upload.

Your users can select multiple files within both the Detail or Thumbnail View and execute desired actions (such as file delete or upload), simultaneously.

Quick Search

Search files in subfolders. Filter by type or name. Once you leverage the capabilities of our ASP.NET File Manager, your users will be able to find files with absolute ease. The File Manager ships with the built-in search-filter box.

Access & Permissions

Grant roles. Control file/folder access permissions. You can quickly set up file and folder access permissions, grant them to security roles, and enforce specific roles.
