Also, I want to add that the page count returns zero after loading the file.

I see here you have other tickets regarding the same error with pdfviewer but it was fixed in previous releases.

Thank you for sharing your sample document. We reproduced this error and it seems to be unrelated to other tickets you mentioned. There is no Type field (a mandatory field according to the PDF specifications) in your file's root Pages object. As a result, the file cannot be correctly loaded.
In any case, we will try to find a way to overcome this behavior for such documents in our PDF viewer. Would you mind if I make this ticket accessible to other visitors of our site? I can remove your attached file if necessary.
