Chinese localization issue

Hi Support,

Our team buy the licences of devexpress to develop the software to our Chinese customer. But a lot of our customers complained that the Chinese translation of UI Element or control is not acceptable.

For example:

After we used the official ZH-CN location package in our project, some label of header function in GridControl(dxg:GridControl) also shows as English.

We can use below solution to add our own translations.

But we need to maintain the translation by ourselves. And we also need to maintain it when upgrade the devexpress version.
It will take us a lot of time and increase our risk when upgraded the version.

Currently the percentage of translated zh-CN is 25%.

Do you plan to increase the translated percentage of zh-CN?
When we can use the official localization version directly in our project?

Hello,

At the moment, we provide most complete localization assemblies for four languages: German, Spanish, Japanese, Russian (see: Localizing WPF Controls via Satellite Resource Assemblies). Remaining languages indeed require manual translation with the help of our Localization Service. At the moment, we do not have immediate plans to introduce translations for them.

At the same time, when our customers perform corresponding translations using this service, the most popular variants of the translation are included into the default content of the assembly and determine its completeness. These variants, however, still require manual checking according to your business requirements.
