Documentation - Add a note that localization keys should not be used from JS

[DevExpress Support Team: CLONED FROM T601912: Localization keys do not work when they are specified in a Knockout view model]
It is necessary to add a note to the documentation to clearly describe that localization keys from our SPA framework should be used from HTML only.

We have fixed the issue described in this ticket and will include the fix in our next maintenance update. To apply this solution before the official update, request a hotfix by clicking the corresponding link for product versions you require.

Note: Hotfixes may be unavailable for beta versions and updates that are about to be released.
