New Scrollbar mode.

created 7 years ago

In the 17.2 release notes it states

The new scrollbar mode is enabled by default. If you prefer classic scrollbars, just switch the corresponding option in a skin (or look&feel) controller or set the cxDefaultIsTouchScrollUIModeEnabled global constant to False in the source code.

In what file is this global constant located?

Thank you

Hello Sascha,

If you wish to use classic scrollbars by default in all the installed DevExpress VCL products, open the cxLookAndFeels.pas  file in a text editor, set the cxDefaultIsTouchScrollUIModeEnabled global constant to False there, and run our Installer in Recompile mode. This change will be automatically applied to Delphi and C++Builder files libraries.

I agree with that. We are having same problem.

        Same here!
And best (worst) is, that those things dont even work correctly!
        - Mousewheel scrolling in a grouped grid - not really
        - Mousehover over the supposed position of the scrollbar in a grouped grid with autowidth-cols - show only sometimes and only when mousecursor is over group-row

        …its a P.I.T.A.
