The OK button is disabled in the "Add Category", "Insert Category", or "Rename Category" dialog invoked for a newly created or inserted category, or a category whose name is set to an empty string

created 8 years ago

Since the update (from version 16.1.6 to 16.2.2) i can't add or insert a new category for the TdxBarManager. The OK-Button of the dialog is always disabled - see attachment.

Steps to reproduce: New VCL-Application -> drop Barmanager -> open customization form -> try and add a new category.

Works fine in 16.1.6 although the scaling is messed up (120 dpi).

I have closed Delphi XE8, copied the block of 8 lines of text into the corresponding object in the dfm files (there are 3 dxBarNameEd.dfm files on my system), then restarted Delphi, I then did a project Build, and nothing changed. The Ok button is still disabled.

          Hello,

Please take a look at the T277956: How to request and apply a VCL hotfix KB article to learn how to apply a hotfix.
Also, we are going to release the next minor version of our controls (VCL 16.2.3), which will contain this hot fix in a couple of days.
