We have closed this ticket because another page addresses its subject:

Web Report Designer - "To be able to run the Report Designer, the client web browser must support HTML5." error is displayed

To be able to run the Document Viewer, the client web browser must support HTML5.

As per your recommendation, I am trying to use the WebDocument Viewer in my project, and I get this error.

"To be able to run the Document Viewer, the client web browser must support HTML5."

Some of your sample project do work in tha same browser, so I get the problem is in my project.

Can you please check my web.config file to see if I am missing something?

I've tried comparing it whith your sample project, but couldn't find anythining meaningfull

Hi Mariel,

It seems that the similar issue was discussed in the T264015: Web Report Designer - "To be able to run the Report Designer, the client web browser must support HTML5." error is displayed thread. Please refer to it and let us know if you need any additional assistance regarding this.

      I was missing this:

      new StyleSheet { ExtensionSuite = ExtensionSuite.Report }
      and this:

      new Script { ExtensionSuite = ExtensionSuite.Report }
