Hello Ali,
Our WinForms controls do not support RTL. The XtraReport will display texts correctly, but it is not possible to align elements in the RTL direction. We support RTL in our WPF/SL controls though, so I believe that you can try to use our WPF report preview. We look forward to your feedback once you’ve had the opportunity to implement our suggestion.
Andrew,
in the first time I thought your control support 100% RTL as after long research and I was happy till I tested Silverlight report preview, please check this answer from your team,
As you know, the DXPrinting Library is based on the XtraPrinting library core. Currently, XtraPrinting library does not support Right-To-Left text alignment when generating a document. This problem will be resolved only when the Right-To-Left layout support suggestion is implemented. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.

Hi Ali,
I suggest that you review the Is Right-To-Left mode supported? Knowledge Base article that describes our position regarding RTL support.
I also recommend that you start tracking the XRControl - Add the RightToLeft property to all text aware controls ticket to be notified of any changes regarding this feature.
