Should the demos for those products that ship with demo directories work under C++ Builder / XE2? I get a guid error when loading the associated project files.

Thank you for your message. Yes, Demos should operate correctly with C++ Builder XE2. I have just checked a couple of demos in this IDE, and all of them are compiled without errors. It seems that something else is involved at your end. Would you please provide us with more detailed information about this issue (maybe exact errors' list or CallStack) ?

I don't get compile errors because I don't get that far. All the project files fail to load complaining of a guid error. Away from the machine, but I will see if I get more detailed error info tomorrow.

Do you mean the demo that is shipped with our products within the installer or the demo that can be downloaded from the web site? The separately downloaded DevExpressVCLDemos-11.2.5 package has no any C++ counterpart, just Delphi.

These are the demos distributed with the source (not separate download). For most, as I load I see:
Unable to load project
C:\XXXX.\YYYC22.cbproj
" is not a valid GUID value
There are a few demos I can load from within XE2, but I get a slew of missing static libs, which is probably just a path problem for the libs.
I can drop components down on an empty form and compile properly, so the basic config seems fine.
