Option UseAdvVertNavigation must work for the New Item Row and Auto Filter Row

If we set UseAdvVertNavigation to true for Advanced Banded Views we can navigate with the up and down arrow keys between the single lines of one row.
This works fine for existing rows, but if you select the new item row the arrow keys works like UseAdvVertNavigation is NOT set.
