TcxButton - Add the capability to link TdxBarPopupMenu or its descendant as a button's drop-down menu

We have implemented the functionality described in this ticket. It will be included in our next update(s).

Additional information:

With VCL 13.1, you can link TdxBarPopupMenu or its descendant (TdxRibbonPopupMenu, TdxRibbonDropDownGallery, TdxRibbonRadialMenu, etc.) to the button's DropDownMenu property. To dynamically specify a drop-down menu, handle the new OnDropDownMenuPopupEx event and pass a popup menu and True as the APopupMenu and AHandled event parameters.
