TdxGalleryControl - Add the capability to provide item descriptions and display them under item captions

We have implemented the functionality described in this ticket. It will be included in our next update(s).

Additional information:

Use the gallery item's Description property, introduced in VCL 13.1 to specify the item description. If skins are applied, the description text color can be customized via the DescriptionTextColor additional property of the Editors.GalleryItem skin element. Otherwise, the color is specified by the currently applied look and feel setting.
