Printing and exporting support

created 16 years ago

The user should be able to print the rich text document. Two options should be available via code and through toolbar buttons:

  1. Quick print (uses default printer)
  2. Print with printer dialog with option to change printer and basic print settings.
  3. User should be able to export the document to other formats, ie .pdf etc.

Thanks for the feedback. This product is in early beta stage, and not all the planned functionality has been yet implemented. Your suggestion will serve as a reminder for us and could be helpful for other customers who can track it and receive notifications when its status is changed.
    Thanks, Brian.

Based on the XtraRichEdit roadmap blog post, 'Extended Printing Support' is slated for some time this year. This is great… however, is there ANY basic printing support slated for the initial release in v9.1?

        Hi Steven,
        Thank you for the feedback.
If everything goes as expected, we will release printing support in the XtraRichEdit control with the forthcoming version 2009.1 of the suite.
        Thanks,
        Andrew
