MaskEdit doesn't work with TcxDBTreeList's column when handling OnGetDisplayText event

  1. Add TcxTreeList with some data;
  2. Add TcxDBTreeList with some data;
  3. Set MaskEdit property and choose some mask on both trees;
  4. Set OnGetDisplayText events on both trees (don't change Value whithin that event);
  5. Run application:
    - TcxTreeList -- OK, mask is apply on column;
    - TcxDBTreeList -- ERROR, mask is not apply on column.
