ExpressVerticalGrid - Row header text is unreadable when exporting grid content if certain skins are applied

Hi,

Have a look at the attached exports of our vertical grid - the header is virtually unreadable. I need to know if this is a problem with the export routine, or a problem with our vertical grid descendant.

    No, this is not the issue of your vertical grid descendant. This is how the vertical grid with the McSkin skin is printed. I have forwarded this ticket to our developers, so that they can check whether or not it is possible to change this behavior.

      Hi,
      I didn't see this issue as being fixed in the latest 2012.1.8 release. Can I get an update on when it will be fixed or can I get a patch? We primarily use McSkin and our exports are not readable due to this issue.

        Hello,
        Our developers are examining the issue, and we do not have any patch for now. I assure you that they will do their best to resolve the problem as soon as they can. However, I cannot give you ETA at present, because my estimations may be misleading. Thanks for your patience.

        We have fixed the issue described in this ticket and will include the fix in our next maintenance update. To apply this solution before the official update, request a hotfix by clicking the corresponding link for product versions you require.

        Note: Hotfixes may be unavailable for beta versions and updates that are about to be released.
