[Linker Error] Invalid resource file (4) '…\Components\DevEx\Library\RS11\dxLayoutControl.res'
[Linker Error] Invalid resource file (4) '…\Components\DevEx\Library\RS11\cxInsCur.res'

          Hello Vladimir,
This issue is fixed in VCL 12.2.5 (at least I hope that it is fixed completely). I kindly ask you to test the new VCL 12.2.5 on your side and confirm that there is no any problem with the resource language anymore.
I am looking forward to your feedback.
