Q474872 resolve the painting artifact, but there is still one for the selected cell (see Capture8.png)
To reproduce :
* Launch MDIApp.exe
* Create TWO child window (NONAME1 and NONAME2)
* Give focus to window NONAME1
* Move window NONAME1 until reveal the TreeList content of NONAME2
