After install last version of Devexprss VCL 2.4.4. I found problem with blinking form with Layout Control components.
My form have multi tab in layout control (source code with form attached).
When I change tab the components in LayoutControl is blink. This look very bad.
I back to version 2.4.3 - all work correct.
Please help to me.

We regret to hear that you have faced this problem. I suggest you immediately roll back to VCL 12.2.3 (if I understand you correctly, this was the latest version that worked correctly for you) because it seems this problem cannot be resolved urgently. During the compilation of your sample code I faced numerous errors, and was forced to comment most code and remove links to units that are not present on my side. Attached is the resulting executable file. Would you please clarify whether or not you observe the erroneous behavior in this demo application on your side?

First at all, I try to set VCL 12.2.4 at home notebook - the problem still exists too.
I try your attached demo - blink in this project exists too. For reproduce blink please run your attached demo. Mazimaze screen. On right side can see 3 tab, please select second tab. You will see 8 tabs. You can choose any tab and click, then please click again on this tab - the all of right group of layoutcontrol will blink. Choose other tab on main tab 2 (your choose before) and you click twice (not double click).

Yes, I see that layout disappears for a moment on your video. However I was not able to reproduce this behavior on our side (see my video) - at lease blinking is not so significant. Would you please clarify whether or not my steps are correct?
Meanwhile we will examine our code and try to find the difference that may lead to this issue.
1, I see this problem on two computer - on notebook at home and computer at work
2. Click on the second tab, and then try to switch between the first three tabs, and selecting one - after 1 second click on it again.

As you correctly mentioned above, this problem is not simple. We are looking for a solution and already have some results. We discovered that the issue is caused by code changes we made in the context of the A transparent TToolBar associated with a layout item is incorrectly painted ticket. Thus, you can easily rollback these changes to get the previous behavior. Just comment code lines listed in my next comment. Hope, this workaround will help you fine-tune your project.

As I mentioned previously, it is just a workaround, but not a complete solution. We are still working on this issue, but the official fix (that will be included into the next version) is not ready yet.
