An AV occurs when calling the scheduler SelectEvent method if the scheduler handle is not allocated yet

Hi!

Please try my sample code!
Exception by SelectEvent function with Version 12.2.2
The same Code works well with XE2 Version 12.1.4
Urgent!
Please as soon as possible fix this error!

      Unfortunately we have further problems with moving the code: It produces 'abnormal program termination' after creating another form.
      Please try to fix this error ASAP, because we have to work now with XE2 and an earlier DevExprexx version.

        We have fixed the issue described in this ticket and will include the fix in our next maintenance update. To apply this solution before the official update, request a hotfix by clicking the corresponding link for product versions you require.

        Note: Hotfixes may be unavailable for beta versions and updates that are about to be released.

                Where can I find the hotfix? I've just installed version12.2.4, but the same problem.
