Hi there,
Please find attached a sample project demonstrating this issue with Delphi 2010.
Compile and run the program, and then use the horizontal scrollbar to scroll to the right - you may either drag the scroll thumb or use the scroll button on the right side of the scrollbar. On the grouping nodes that span the width of the tree without further detail a vertical line is repeated many times.
I am not sure if it is due to the tree being skinned and have not tried it with other skins.
I am looking forward to a solution.
Regards,
William
Please find attached to this comment a screenshot demonstrating the issue at runtime.

Thanks Mikhail,
I have installed the new 2012.2.3 release and see the same problem in there.
Hope this helps.
Thanks,

Hi Mikhail,
I have the same issue as William in 2012.2.3. Hotfix does not solve the problem. You can verify that if you will create categorized node with text which length exceed width of treelist and scroll it.
Hello,
I'm afraid I'm not able to reproduce the problem with this fix. Would you please provide us with a sample project?
Please find attached the sample project with this issue.
I've created a separate ticket regarding this problem and forwarded this issue to our developers for further research: B232480: Group nodes produce painting artifacts when a TreeList control is horizontally scrolled by dragging the scrollbar thumb
