Ribbon - Clicking outside the Application Menu that currently displays the customizing popup menu for a subitem with its drop-down window contents shown inside this menu does not close the Application Menu

Dear support team,
This is probably related to this issue. Please start the RibbonNotepadDemo and switch to Scenic style.
If you now open the Ribbon Application Menu and do some right-clicking on it, sometimes the menu
gets "sticky": You can then activate some other app and the menu doesn't disappear.

It happens quite often but I haven't been able to figure out clearer steps - sorry about that.
It is possible that minimizing the ribbon at some point (or the left-click required for that?) helps to
reproduce the issue.
