Ribbon - Invoking a bar item's customizing popup menu at runtime closes the Ribbon Application Menu if the Ribbon control's Style property is set to a value other than rs2007

Dear support team,

I'm referring to issue B20538. You closed it as fixed, but have a look at the RibbonNotepadDemo:

  1. With Office 2007 style, it indeed works.
  2. With Office 2010 style, right-clicks are ignored.
  3. With Scenic style, right-clicks are treated like left-clicks.
    I'm not sure if #2 is OK but #3 surely isn't.
