cxTreeList - Scrolling tree list contents produces painting artifacts within cells of a column with TcxLabelProperties set as its Properties

When you set the properties of a column in a TcxTreeList to Label, this column isn't drawn correctly when you scroll the treelist.
This behaviour wasn't present in release 12.1.6 and also isn't present in TcxGrid.
Run the attached program and scroll through the contents of the treelist.

      As a workaround, I recommend you use the TcxTextEdit as an in-place editor for the time being.
