Running Delphi XE3, update #1
Brand new vcl app, drop a layoutcontrol and LayoutLookAndFeelList on the form. they are not linked.
I doubleclick the list to add lookandfeel and get the error in the attached image.
Have restarted delphi, have removed AQTime which can apparently cause issues - can reproduce in each case.
Looks like a bug to me, but couldbe something at my end. Please advise.

I requested the fix before I got to my email telling me that 12.2.2 was available. It would appear to be fixed in that build if I am reading the section at right correctly, so please disregard the 1.7 build request (no point in wasting peoples time).

It seems that you are right. The VCL 12.2.2 was mentioned erroneously. I have just published a fix that should help. Would you please test it on your PC?
