TcxSplitter - Handling the OnCanResize event to prohibit size operations cannot prevent minimizing the splitter via drag and drop

Hi,
When controllig the dragging inside the OnCanResize-event and setting the Accept to false, this works only for the drag-operation, releasing the mouse-button the splitter resizes to the releasing point. Please try with included sample, drag the splitter to the bottom of the form and release it.
