How to remove the Clear button from LookupPropertyEditor PopUp?

created 14 years ago

Here's an example of what I mean. Let's say required property Location in class Employee contains an object of type Location. I want the user to be able to pick any other Location as the value for the property, but not to be able to clear the property. (Everybody had to be someplace…) But, by default, the popup that shows the LookupListView for Locations when the button on the property editor is clicked shows a "Clear" button.
I don't know how to hook into this to remove or disable the "Clear" button. I found an article on how to remove the New button, but that was by tweaking the NewObjectController. What controller, action, event, or whatever do I grab to make this change?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks…

Sorry, forget it. For some reason none of the issues related to this came up when I searched, but as soon as I posted this one there was a related issue shown on the page with it. (Nice feature, BTW.) So I've got plenty to go on for now…
