Run attached example and open organization detail view in view mode. Its nearly impossible to read something from property editors placed on tab.

Thank you for the report and your sample project. It looks like you are using the old version of the XafControlsStyle.css file (attached). I suggest you replace this file by the new version obtained from our demos or from a newly created solution.
After that it all will work fine. I look forward to hearing from you.
