It throws an exception "Length cannot be less than zero. Parameter name: length". I've attached a sample project that reproduces the problem.

We have fixed the error that occurred when you released the mouse button. So, I will close this bug report.
I've reactivated your previous report about invalid drag arrows position. We'll mark it as fixed as soon as the problem described in it is closed.
