Code Issues - Aggregate functions are marked as "Undeclared element" in query expressions

Code issue Undeclared Element Aggregate.xxx
Steps to Reproduce:
Dim lcritAgg As New AggregateOperand("Details", _
                            "Rate", _
                            Aggregate.Sum, lcritFreight)
Aggregate.Sum (or Min, Max, etc) produces squiggly red underline with code issue.
