Code Issues - "Unused declaration" code issue works incorrectly for the unused parameter of the overridden member

If I override a member of a base class, and that member has a parameter which I no longer use in the overriding member, I get an unused declaration against the parameter, however since this is an override I have no choice but to leave the parameter in place.
Steps to Reproduce:

Actual Results:
I receive a warning from code issues
Expected Results:
Since I can't remove the declaration this warning is simply noise that distracts me from real issues that need attention. As such, it shouldn't show an issue at all
