Property Grid - When adding a new style to a stylesheet, and trying to change its TextAlignment, an error occurs

Error "XRControlStyleTextAlignmentConverter cannot convert from (null)" appear when I try to set TextAlignment to xrControlStyle in StylesEditor, after I close error window and styles editor visual studio exits.
Steps to Reproduce:
In attached project select any band in report,
open Styles editor
create new Style
try to set TextAlignment
Actual Results:
Error "XRControlStyleTextAlignmentConverter cannot convert from (null)"
after closing Styles Editor visual studio exits
Expected Results:
TextAlignment is set to value
