In a VGridControl, add a row with a MemoEdit repositoryitem.
Display a multiline text in this row.
The MemoEdit is able to adjust its height and disaply the full text.
However, once i change the font side from the default 8 to 10, the last line no longer appears.
I suspect there is a bug in calculation of the height not taking into account of the font size.

I have 2 rows.
the text in the first row correctly wraps in the memo edit according to the row width.
however, the text in the second row does not word wrap.
Not sure if the setting RecordWidth manually will affect this.
i'm on version 9.1

It appears that this issue is not directly related to the initial one. I have created a separate report for it, and will post my answer there: VGridControl - The height of the several multiline rows is not calculated correctly.
